Zooper Dooper needed to maximise performance during the most competitive period of the year. The brief was to lift off‑location visibility, improve ranging and stock readiness, and ensure consistent execution across a large retail network, while standing out in a crowded impulse category.
Solution
We implemented a focused field strategy designed to win space and drive results at store level.
Our approach combined targeted pre‑sell activity to secure prime secondary displays, with disciplined in‑store execution to maintain visibility throughout the season. A structured store incentive program boosted engagement and momentum, while additional store visits ensured compliance, stock weight and display standards were met ahead of peak weekends. Leaderboards and team performance tracking helped build energy and healthy competition across the field team.
